In the winter of 2020, Knixteen expanded its product line of period underwear to include period-proof swimwear. A period can stop teen girls from continuing with sports or hanging out with friends at the beach, so with the expansion into swimwear, Knixteen's aims to empower teens to feel confident—whether they're doing swimming laps or lounging on a pool float. As a brand new category for Knixteen, I wanted to introduce the line with a campaign that showcased that same feeling of being carefree and confident on your period that teens have found with the period underwear, only now in the water with period-proof swimwear as well.
